From the field to the Maltings, we use only the freshest blend of Maris Otter malts & speciality malts available at our Brewery. Buying only the best is reflected in the final quality of the beer.
We are one of the few remaining breweries who still believe in tradition- By using whole hop cones in the brew, it creates aromas than can't be replicated by pellets. A percentage of the Goldings and Cascade hops we use are grown on site.
Our yeast is a local strain & is tried and tested to compliment all of our styles of beers. It finishes 'clean' flocculates well and has a very neutral flavour.
